Dot Huang is a New York-based designer and creative leader specializing in retail and experiential environments. With over 15 years of practice spanning luxury fashion, beauty, and commercial interiors, her work sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and spatial design.

 

Currently Global Executive Director of Store Design at M.A.C Cosmetics, Dot shapes the brand’s physical identity across global markets — from concept through execution. Her portfolio spans flagship stores, specialty retail, pop-ups, travel retail, and corporate spaces, with work for clients including M.A.C, Chanel, Kate Spade NY, Salesforce, and Starbucks.

 

With her experience, she brings a design sensibility and a deep commitment to craft, detail, and the human experience of space.
